This class action suit alleges that iYogi and their affiliated partners placed telemarketing phone calls (including calls to renew iYogi subscriptions) to iYogi subscribers without the necessary consent. This violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and could mean trouble for iYogi. iYogi actually denies that they did anything wrong, but to avoid the hassle and cost of legal proceedings, they have decided to settle this case out of court.
